Attention Local Yarn Shops – Important Update

Governor Tom Wolf of Pennsylvania has issued a stay-in-place order for Pennsylvania. Under this order, Plymouth Yarn is considered exempt and we are able to continue shipping orders.

Please keep in mind we are regulated to only have a limited staff and we will try our best to ship your orders as soon as we can. Our hours and fulfillment capabilities may vary.

All Future Ship Orders: All orders scheduled to be shipped from today March 25, 2020 on, we will be contacting you to confirm shipment.

Immediate Shipments: We ask that you email your orders directly to ruthanng@plymouthyarn.com, place them on the web, or fax to 215-788-2269 until further notice. We will confirm receipt and begin processing your order as soon as we can.

Backorders: We will not be shipping any order without reaching out to you directly.

Supply: Plymouth Yarn is fully stocked in many of our qualities. Please be mindful there could be delays in supply as the whole world is facing unprecedented times. If you do have an item that is on backorder, please note we anticipate shipments from suppliers in the near future. Please look forward to replenishment of your favorite Plymouth Yarn products. Please feel free to check in with us if you have a stock question on a particular item/color for your special-order requests.
